Please make sure you choose to have your order delivered to your  COACH. (This is a FREE delivery option) orders will be individually packaged but boxed together so all teammates will receive their order at the same time! If you choose shipping or hand delivery for these orders, the charges will not be reimbursed and will be considered a tip for a job well done! Thank you in advance! ♥

Due to the nature of this custom listing, refunds will not be provided. We will however address quality issues should they arise. Please double check your spelling if adding a last name.

We are just as excited about your new gear as you are! Please know that we are working efficiently to get everything to you as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, our turn around time is about 1-2 weeks. However, with manufacturers, distributors, shipping and unforeseen weather events it means that orders could take 2-4 weeks and in some cases possibly longer. Though very unlikely, it does need to be stated. If there is an extended delay in your order we will contact you directly as to keep you informed on it's progress.
